2. What does a personalised kit mean? A personalised kit is created by using special software to convert the photo you send into a paint-by-numbers format. As a result of this process, a painting unique to you is created.

3. What size is it sent in? Our kit is 25x35 cm and is sent as a ready-to-use canvas.

4. What does the kit include? The kit contents are as follows:

1 numbered canvas (25x35 cm)
Coloured acrylic paint set (pre-mixed, no need to thin with water)
2 brushes of different sizes

5. Is there a guide to help with the painting? Yes, an A3-sized guide map is sent with each product. This map helps you see the numbering on the canvas more clearly. It is especially useful for small details. If you wish, you can also create a separate piece with the remaining paints from this map. In addition, the product comes with informative notes that explain the step-by-step process. With these notes, many questions you may have about the painting process are answered in advance.

6. How do I send the photo? After completing your order, you can easily send your image via our WhatsApp line or through Instagram DM. Mentioning your order number will speed up the process.

7. What should I pay attention to when choosing a photo? High-resolution and bright photos with clearly visible faces should be preferred. Blurry or dark photos may affect the final quality.

8. How long is the shipping period? For personalised products: Including the design and production process, it is shipped within 4 to 5 business days. For stock products (ready-made images): It is handed over to shipping within 1 to 2 business days.

9. How much is the shipping fee? Shipping is free for orders above a certain amount. You can check the payment page for detailed information.

10. Do the paints dry over time? The acrylic paints in the kit are durable for a long time if stored under suitable conditions. Make sure to tightly close their lids after use.

11. How long does the painting process take? This depends on your personal speed. Generally, it can be completed in 4-7 hours on average. If you wish to work in stages, you can proceed in sections.

12. Is it suitable for children? Yes, our kit is suitable for children aged 6 and above. However, detailed areas may sometimes be challenging for younger age groups. Therefore, parental supervision is recommended, especially for children between 6-10 years old.
