Our Valid Return Policy for Personalised Canvas Print Products;

You can initiate a return via the panel for products that are broken, torn, or otherwise deformed due to shipping. If only the canvas is damaged, we can send you a new printed canvas free of charge. Once the order is approved and our product has gone to print, as it is specially prepared for you, your return will not be approved if you wish to cancel and return the product without any deformation. (Since your order is custom-produced for you, we cannot provide a cancellation or refund upon request unless there is an issue caused by us.)

You can initiate a return via the panel for products that are broken, torn, or otherwise deformed due to shipping. If only the canvas is damaged, we can send you a new printed canvas free of charge. After you send your parcel to us with the return code created upon your request, your money will be refunded. (The shipping fee will not be reflected) Once the order is approved, if there is no deformation to the product you received and you wish to cancel and return it without having used it, the product must be sent back with the return code, complete and unused, and the shipping fee will be charged to you.
